Name:
Spinosaurus aegyptiacus
Age: Cretaceous
Formation: Tegana
Location: Taouz, Morocco
Size: Tooth is 2.2 inches long
Here is a robust tooth from a carniverous dinosaur. This is Spinosaurus aegyptiacus from the Cretaceous of Morocco. This tooth displays beautiful corrugated enamel. The ''cutting edges'' of the tooth are wonderfully intact and a portion of the root is still present. The very tip of the tooth is in great condition and exhibits only a minute amount of natural wear. And the color is simply striking. This is a very nice tooth from the sail-backed dinosaur from ''Jurassic Park III''.
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
