Location: Taouz, Morocco
Size: Tooth is 2.3 inches along curve
Here is a JUMBO tooth from a Pterosaur. This is Anhanguera sp. from the Cretaceous of Morocco. Anhanguera was not a "true" dinosaur, but rather a "flying reptile". This extremely robust tooth has excellent, brick red color. The striations of the enamel are beautifully preserved. The very tip of the tooth is in great condition. There is a small amount of natural wear along one side near the tip of the tooth. This is a terrific specimen of a huge Pterosaur tooth.
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
