This is a very good dinosaur tooth. It is a Triceratops horridus tooth with root from the Cretaceous of South Dakota. This extremely worn tooth is totally free of matrix and exhibits OK detail. The enamel of the tooth is easily seen, and part of the root is intact and well displayed. And there is absolutely NO RESTORATION whatsoever to this tooth. This is a very affordable specimen of a tooth from this classic horned dinosaur.
