EXTINCTIONS CHOICE - Deltadromeus Tooth in Matrix
Stock Number  DSTRA78
EXTINCTIONS Choice

Name:    Deltadromeus agilis Tooth
Age:  Cretaceous
Formation:  Tegana Formation
Location:  Taouz, Morocco
Size:  Tooth is 0.65 inches long

This is a great tooth from a meat-eating dinosaur. This is a killer Deltadromeus agilis Tooth from the Cretaceous of Morocco. The tooth is a beautiful mottled reddish-blond color. The enamel is excellent, and the serrations are incredibly well preserved. The tip of the tooth is also in great condition. But the most unusual feature of this fossil is that it is still embedded in a chunk of sandstone matrix! It is very unusual to find a Deltadromeus tooth in matrix. This is a very collectible tooth from this powerfully-built, carniverous dinosaur.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
