This is a very nice dinosaur fossil. It is a beautiful Carcharodontosaurus saharicus tooth from the Cretaceous of Morocco. Carcharodontosaurus was a ferocious, meat-eating dinosaur. The serrations along the cutting edges of the tooth are easily seen, and the tip of the tooth is nicely intact. The corrugated enamel of the tooth is well preserved and has gorgeous maroon-red coloration. This is a very affordable example of a large tooth from this carniverous dinosaur.
