EXTINCTIONS Choice

Name:    Edmontosaurus annectens Vertebra
Age:  Cretaceous
Formation:  Hell Creek Formation
Location:  South Dakota
Size:  Vertebra is 5.5 inches tall

Here is a very nice dinosaur fossil. This is a large caudal vertebra from Edmontosaurus annectens, a duck-billed dinosaur. This specimen was found in the Hell Creek Formation of South Dakota. This vertebra is very 3-dimensional and has great form. The bone structure is beautifully preserved, and the attachment point of the vertebral process is easily seen. The bone is very ''clean'', and the dark brown color is quite striking. This is a very collectible dinosaur fossil from the Cretaceous.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
