EXTINCTIONS CHOICE - Killer Edmontosaurus Tooth
Stock Number  DSTVV901
EXTINCTIONS Choice

Name:    Edmontosaurus annectens tooth
Age:  Cretaceous
Formation:  Lance Creek Formation
Location:  Niobrara County, Wyoming
Size:  Tooth is 2.55 inches straight line

This is a very collectible dinosaur tooth. It is a fabulous Edmontosaurus annectens tooth from Wyoming. This specimen was recently acquired froma major dinosaur collection. Edmontosaurus was a hadrosaur, or ''duck-billed'' dinosaur. This tooth has its full root intact, which is extremely unusual. The diamond-shaped tooth tip is beautifully showcased (see close-up photo). The enamel on the tooth is also very well preserved. The tooth is wonderfully centered on the natural matrix plate - it is very rare to find a fully complete dinosaur tooth still intact on the original matrix. This is a top quality and highly prized dinosaur tooth from this classic North American dinosaur.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
