This is a very nice dinosaur fossil. It is a beautiful Carcharodontosaurus saharicus tooth from the Cretaceous of Morocco. Carcharodontosaurus was a ferocious, meat-eating dinosaur. The serrations along the cutting edge of the tooth are easily seen, and the tip of the tooth has a wonderful point intact. The colorful tooth has gorgeous maroon-red coloration preserved. There is a section fill on the back side of the tooth, but the display side is very nice. This is a very affordable example of a tooth from this carniverous dinosaur.
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
