Here is a large Anhanguera sp. tooth from the Cretaceous Period of Morocco. Anhanguera was not a "true" dinosaur, but rather a flying reptile, or Pterosaur. This specimen has beautiful curvature to the 3-dimensional tooth. The striations of the enamel are well displayed. The tip of the tooth exhibits a very minute amount of natural wear. The tooth comes in its own glass-covered display case. Overall, this is an extremely displayable pterosaur tooth from Africa.
