This is one of the best dinosaur teeth we have ever seen. It is a HUGE Carcharodontosaurus saharicus tooth from Morocco. Carcharodontosaurus was similar to the T. rex, but ruled Africa instead of North America. This tooth is simply exquisite. The enamel is a beautiful deep maroon color (although the photos are great, they still do not capture the rich colors of the tooth.) The serrations are sharp and almost fully complete, and the tip is unworn and practically flawless. This tooth has never been broken or repaired. And best of all, IT IS ALMOST 5 INCHES LONG!! Everyone we show this tooth to simply cannot believe it is real. Once you see this tooth in person, you will agree it is one of the best Carcharodontosaurus teeth ever found. We will be sad to let it go, but we will be happy when it finds a good home!
