Nice Anhanguera (Pterosaur) Tooth

Name:    Anhanguera sp. (Pterosaur)
Age:  Cretaceous
Formation:  Tegana
Location:  Taouz, Morocco
Size:  Tooth is 1.2 inches along curve.

This is a nice tooth of Anhanguera sp. from the Cretaceous of Morocco. Anhanguera was not a "true" dinosaur. It was a Pterosaur or "Flying Reptile." This tooth has fine enamel and very nice reddish-brown color. The tip of the tooth shows a slight bit of wear. This is a good example of a Pterosaur tooth.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
