This is a large tooth from a ferocious meat-eating dinosaur. It is a Spinosaurus aegyptiacus tooth from the Cretaceous Beds of Morocco. This dinosaur was prominently featured in the movie, "Jurassic Park III". This tooth has a sizeable portion of the root still intact. The corrugated enamel has beautiful color and is wonderfully displayed. The "cutting edges" of the 3-dimensional tooth are nicely defined. The very tip of the tooth is excellent and exhibits only a slight amount of natural wear. This is a very nice, sharp tooth of this sail-backed dinosaur from Africa.
