This is an outstanding specimen of a Mosasaurus anceps tooth from the Cretaceous of Morocco. This specimen is complete to the root, which is very rare. The striated/corrugated tooth has excellent enamel preserved. The tooth is very 3-dimensional and has great color. It is well centered on the natural plate of matrix - no compositing. This is a very collectable Mosasaur tooth from Africa.
