Here is a very large specimen of a carniverous dinosaur tooth. This is a blade tooth of Carcharodontosaurus saharicus, a theropod dinosaur found in the Tegana Formation of Morocco. The tooth displays the serrated margins beautifully. The tip shows a small amount of wear, typical of a tooth this large. The natural blond coloration of the tooth is indeed striking.
